Splendid Essence Restaurant opened its door on July 6, 2011. Located in Charlottetown, the hometown of Anne of Green Gables. Splendid Essence is dedicated to supporting the essential earthly concepts of food production, recycling and composting.
We offer authentic Chinese cuisine including some traditional dimsum and popular dishes from different provinces of China and Taiwan. For our ingredients, we use organic pea, corn, tofu and bean curd in order to provide healthy food to our value customers. Moreover, we also have different varieties of teas such as Oolong, Puerr and Oriental Beauty Tea…etc. We believe a gourmet dining experience can be created out of vegetarian, healthy, and environmental friendly food and beverage.
